Description

I use this on a lot of items but I figured a more descriptive recipe might help some folks.

Ingredients

2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
2 tb sugar

Directions

15 minutes before you start put a steel bowl and the whisk in the freezer. Or if using a machine the whipping attachment.

Being careful to hold the edge of the bowl so as not to warm it too much whip until you get the consistency you like. The sugar keeps it from over whipping too easily but be careful not to overdo it.
