So I like BBQ sauce that while a touch sweet has a bit of tang and spice to it. So this is the version I serve at my table. It also because of the sugar content caramelizes well under a broiler.

1 TBS Chili Paste |
1/2 TSP "Old Bay" |
1 TB Fresh Thyme |
1/2 tsp Onion Powder |
1/2 tsp garlic powder |
1 C. White Wine (Crisp High Acid) |
3 TBS Apple Cider Vineagar |
2 TBS Worcestershire |
3 TBS Honey |
1/4 Cup Ketchup |
4 oz Tomato Paste |
2 TB Butter |
