I often find chicken breasts fairly bland. Even most of the people who work out or just want to eat healthy they can be dry. So for a friend that was working out more and needed a quick recipe that could be frozen until used I prepared this.
So here we will look at a basic and juicy chicken breast with the aide of your sous vide machine.
|1 Onion, sliced|
|3 Tablespoons of chopped flat parsley|
|1 Tablespoon of chopped fresh thyme|
|2 Bay leaves torn up|
|2 Garlic cloves sliced thinly|
|5 Tablespoons olive oil|
|2 Teaspoons fresh lemon juice|
|Salt and pepper|
|2 Large chicken breasts|
|1 Tablespoon vegetable oil|
