Simple Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

One head cauliflower
4 cloves garlic (peeled and smashed)
Olive oil
Salt

Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees

Cut the Cauliflower into small fleurets (see video if there is an issue)

Put the fleurets and garlic onto a baking sheets and salt them, lightly cover in 2 TB of olive oil and shake.

Roast for 30-50 minutes depending on your oven. Look every 5-10 minutes after 30 for color and consistency.

Taste and if needed add more salt.
