|1 Pound Brussel Sprouts|
4 Cloves Garlic|
- Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees
Cut the brussels sprouts in half, or in quarters if large.
Peel and smash the garlic cloves.
In a pan heated on medium high heat place 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Put the brussels sprouts cut side down in the pan in a single layer with the garlic cloves and saute until they have the color you want. Five to seven minutes. Make sure to salt.
Put the pan in the pre-heated oven for 10 minutes to finish (longer if you want softer, taste them). Also make sure to shake the pan every 5 minutes in the oven so they do not stick.
